Shipping policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION

ANIU HOME offers shipping and local delivery for eligible products in the United States. Optional installation may be available for selected furniture items. Availability and fees depend on the destination, product size and weight, delivery access, and the services requested.

PRICING AND ARRANGEMENTS

Shipping or delivery charges are shown at checkout only when an eligible shipping service is available. Products requiring a custom quote, including heavy or oversized furniture and items whose packaged weight or dimensions have not yet been verified, must have shipping confirmed before payment. If no shipping option appears at checkout, please contact info@aniuhome.com before placing your order.

We calculate custom quotes using the packaged weight and dimensions, delivery destination, and requested service. The quote will identify any applicable freight, residential delivery, liftgate, remote-area, special handling, delivery access, or installation charges. Heavy and oversized items do not qualify for standard parcel rates or free shipping unless this is expressly confirmed in your written quote.

If a displayed shipping charge is incorrect, or your delivery address, access details, or requested services change, we will provide a corrected quote and explain any additional shipping charge. Shipment will proceed only after you approve the quote and any outstanding shipping balance has been paid. If you do not accept the corrected quote, you may request cancellation and a refund in accordance with our refund policy. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval.

DELIVERY TIMING

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may vary because of product availability, carrier schedules, weather, building access, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if an order requires additional coordination.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Please provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, and any access details that may affect delivery, including stairs, elevators, gates, parking restrictions, or building requirements. Additional charges may apply when access information is incomplete or when a delivery must be rescheduled.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order at delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aniuhome.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
