FINAL SALE AND RETURNS

All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, color preference, or other buyer-choice reasons. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aniuhome.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and make it right. Do not return an item without authorization from our team.

CUSTOM AND SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS

Custom-made, special-order, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. Original delivery, installation, and service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
